Paige, Running ROCKS!!! I started by literally running 1 mile on the treadmill...slowly. And then I added mileage, and cut my time from there. Last year I ran a marathon with my BFF. It was one of my proudest moments. You should look at local running stores...a lot of them have a couch to 5k program that are for people with NO experience.
