Paige, Running ROCKS!!! I started by literally running 1 mile on the treadmill...slowly. And then I added mileage, and cut my time from there. Last year I ran a marathon with my BFF. It was one of my proudest moments. You should look at local running stores...a lot of them have a couch to 5k program that are for people with NO experience. Let me know if you have any more questions. I would be happy to help. :-)

Thanks! I'm trying, not as rapidly as last go around of course! Gotta get going this weekend and next week, my scale has been pretty stand still.

I joined another one as well--ended up in the one with your mom. I'm glad a took a break between the two, it seems to help me focus if I know I can maintain for a bit.
