I have worked a lot in changing my mind, I have eaten healthy and I have exercised for at least 30 minutes
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
not having taken coke, and having more experience in what type of exercise would be suitable for me, I only do dance or zumba for beginners and I did an abdominal day.

continue making my healthy meal with lots of vegetables and reducing carbohydrates, drink plenty of water and continue with the exercises.
