I'm doing okay. I started up at the JIOC this week, so I went directly from burning about 1500 cal per shift to sitting in front of a computer/in a Suburban all day. Unfortunately, my body still thinks it's hungry enough for all of that activity!

Ya it took me a while too. Light duty SUCKS! I wish I was out hiking and running everyday
