I'm doing okay (need to get going) how about you? I need to get my butt in gear and focus. I need to take one day at a time. I get really distraught when I stop and think about the long term goal! We can do this.... thanks for the message, it makes me stop and think!

Hi, T.... How are you doing? How is it going?? I'm more than half there but these last pounds could be the hardest. Encouraged though because the end of the week was hard and made some silly choices.
