Thanks! You too! This morning was a 10 miler, the scale usually likes me for awhile after one of those haha. I think I'm done with dietbets though, for awhile. The farther I get running, the less I care about the scale. Like the other night sitting on the porch swing, the husband laid his hand on my thigh and was like, oooh muscle. That's what it's all about. :)

I'm up to running 10mi burning over 1200cals at a time but just can't lose any more? Even if I'm 500 under my calorie budget for the day. I guess maybe building too much muscle? Idk but I'm not gonna do anything drastic to lose weight because if I need that muscle to complete my distances, I don't care what I weigh haha. But I'm looking better, my sis in law hadn't seen me in a few weeks and was like wow you look great. :) Leggings that were too tight for over a year now fit better than ever! Overall I'm pleased with how things are going but I'm thinking getting down to 140 won't ever happen. Guess I'm not too worried about the number on the scale as long as I'm still body sculpting. So were you able to pull it off?

It is very hard to drop weight when you are building muscle. My best suggestion would be to work with measurements and eat clean, not cut calories. I'm seeing huge changes just by cleaning up my eating. Fruit, veggies are about 80 percent and dairy and meet about the other 20. It's making a huge difference. I haven't lost a lot, but things are coming into place.

Keep with it:) I'm going to break mine out tomorrow. 5mile run Monday, weights today, and ropes tomorrow. Are you doing anorexic challenge. Hope things slow down for you soon.
