Thank you. Yea I did the first diet bet in January and lost 10 pounds. But then a week later I went on a cruise and gained it back. But I'm deffently ready for April 1st. Saturday I'm goin and doing all my healty food shopping.

Malori, one way to get motivation is to find the reason WHY you need to be in better health. Find some pain in your life that you know will be less if you are a healthier person. I sometimes lie in bed and do not want to get up and exercise. Then, I put my headset on and play an upbeat song. It gets me going.
