I am turning 40 in May and want to look and feel my absolute best. I've lost about 6 pounds since the beginning of December but have been stuck within a 3 pound range for about 2 months now and am frustrated.

That's a good problem to have!! I hear ya. I donated must of my smaller clothes over the last year so I am going to need to buy at least new pants! I have a long way to go to my goal yet. Keep chugging along. :)

Getting so close!!! I only have 0.8 pounds to go! But the weekend always does me in. Have to keep it up through the weekend.

Good job Tina! I keep going up and down right around my goal mark. I need to lock down on my food choices for 1 more week to make sure I am UNDER the goal. We can do this!

I am drinking a lot of water, getting at least 10,000 steps in everyday, eating a lot of salad without fattening dressing, and reducing sweets. I've also had a bit of stress on the job which gives me unfortunate tummy side effects. It's gross to admit it but it is true and I'm sure it has "helped" me lose the weight as well. I think the biggest reason for the loss has been the increase in water intake and having more salads instead of bread or pasta.

Boo to the stress but everything else sounds great! I'm doing smoothies, salads and healthy snacks, not feeling deprived at all! Yay for us, we will cash in :)

I stayed steady in regards to my weight over the weekend which is good because I tend to gain on weekends. I had one glass of wine on Saturday night and indulged my sweet tooth with some Junior Mints but I kept up with my workouts so it balanced out. I've got about 7.5 pounds to lose to reach MY goal but only about one pound to lose to reach the Diet Bet goal so I'm feeling good! :)
