so i did some thing right and just past up a cake at kfc not the best choise of eaten. so eat less and then not carbs

i dont k now how to do this but i did not "way" my self but i did do yard work last night.. nuthen but dirt .. so in a cupel of days ill "way" my self.. keep eaten good and doing something extra.
