Well, I've increased my fruits by adding them to my water. That's flavoring water also which makes me feel like I'm cheating. Yesterday I got a lot of exercise walking and then all my shopping resulted in a lot of trips up and down the stairs with lots of heavy bags. This was bad for my knee but great for a little cardio. Living in the 3rd floor has its perks.
My water cocktail is cucumber, strawberries and oranges. (A tip, cucumbers infuse much stronger than event else)
