we can still run together! my exceedingly adorable dog, lucy and i are training for a 5k via the 'zombie run 5k' app...we should do another race together!

also, i'll do this for as long as you do it...i am a huge giant lady now and need to get my ass back in gear!

WANT TO DO THE HALF MARATHON IN PHILLY IN SEPTEMBER? Remember that you apparently don't need to train for these things...

it's the rock and roll half in philly...i can bring my doge...and my doge and my sister's doge (beyonce) will play and hang out.

OMG a half in September?!?! I am lucky to run 3 times a months.... There's no way I could train properly!
