Non-scale victory of the week!

I paused before eating when I was not hungry.

my goal is to increase my water to 1 gallon 5/ 7 days, get at least 7 hts sleep5/7 days..pause before eating to pray

Non-scale victory of the week!

I was able to complete all my workout s and get more sleep

I didnt get in my water as I planned. My eating was not on point.

I will not eat any foods outside of my plan, drink half my body weight in water(102oz)...at least 7 hoirs of sleep.
