LOVE your pictures and your before and after for the 3 months is great! I just completed C25K and although I'm nowhere close to calling myself a runner, I'm loving it! .... more like a 'jogger' at 5.0 mph, haha. Don't you love your FT4?! I have it in Green =)

Hi Amanda! Yes, I am planning on using Hal Higdon's novice training plan. It looks really doable, with four runs a week and some cross training. The farthest I have ever run at one time is 4 miles, so I plan to follow it consistently! Here's the link:
Sort of! Just started in Feb and have loved it. I like to do 2 or 3 at once so I can get paid several times for losing the same weight. I'm almost at my goal, so I am happy. You can do it, too!!
