Sandra- I saw that you are looking for food ideas. I just grilled some chicken and got a bag of frozen stir fry veges from Costco and tossed them together with a bit of teriyaki sauce. It's my quick, go-to meal. I have been using the "my fitness pal" app for a couple years. It is the easiest food tracking method I have ever used (and has a barcode scanner so you don't have to enter items!). It keeps me motivated!

Thanks Jami, I tend to eat the same things then get bored. I will try this. I also use the fitness pal app. I love it!
