I've been working a book fair all week so my workouts have sucked! On my feet all day so the achilles problem is kicking up. This week however we are back at it! Have a great weekend!

I did 45 minutes on the treadmill. Still trying to ramp up slowly post rehab for the plantar fasciitis, bone spur and overstretched Achilles. What kind of workout are you doing? You always do monster workouts. You are AWESOME!

I mix my work outs every week, but I am still able to get 5 workouts in. My all time favorite it power walking in the hills behind our house, because I can sing as loud as I want. Which motivates me. Injuries can really knock you out though. Make sure your healed 100%, which is the hardest thing to wait for.
