I mowed the lawn twice

Last week I was compulsive over eating and watching TV and I wish I hadn’t done that but I am going to forgive myself and move on

I totally sucked for the last two weeks eating junk food and watch the TV!

for the upcoming week is to get back on damn track! I love myself and I pray I approve of myself and I have to stop eating junk food and get back with in my 1360 cal daily range and back to the gym and back to yoga and back to walking

I have been a really good girl and I have not been eating any junk food or sugar and I’ve been tracking on my calories in the my fitness pal app

I feel I could’ve done better by going to the gym because I didn’t go at all
