Hey Amanda!

Impressive graph indeed! Congrats!

The final weigh in for the Jillian dietbet game is tomorrow. According to my scale I am only 0.7 of a pound away from winning that!

So today, is exercising like crazy, and yard work, and eating fish and veggies, and low carbs.

Hey Amanda. I did my final weigh in this morning as I am planning to have Sushi for lunch today and that puts weight on every time. I was only down 2.4 lbs but working on the next challenge. It never ends. Good luck with your two pounds.

it's not quite so simple.... everyone is different. I'm losing muscle mass from not doing enough for my muscles. Walking wouldn't be bad but I need more strength and shape.

Tina & I talked about getting a personal trainer once we are both back from our trips in May. So it would be toward the end

Great News Amanda! I have lost 6.9 pounds now, since joining this game, and am 85% towards my goal of winning the jackpot!

Hope you are doing well :) I have been going to the gym in the afternoons, which is why I have not seen you recently.

wow Susan, you rock! and I'm sooo jealous. Hope to be up there soon with the winners but I think I was up a pound today. ugh. Glad to hear you're making it though. I won't be at the gym on thursday this week but I will be there on Friday 8 am.

How is it going Amanda. We haven't seen you this week. Tina & I worked Monday and Wednesday and went swimming on Tuesday & Thursday. I walked everyday also. Feels good.

Glad to hear you're doing well! I'm busy, too busy because apparently I've gained weight. Ugh. Got to work out more. Hope swimming is going well and maybe I'll see you guys in the gym!
