I have it too and find that when I eat a bit more than the Fitness Pal app suggests, my weight drops more rapidly. I also started to do interval cardio and less of it so I don't burn muscle - just carbs and fat. I am also older so it's more difficult. FitnessPal suggested 1350 per day and a trainer told me I need at least 1500 a day. Just my $.02. Keep going!
