II have been lazy and eating way too much comfort food since my grandmother passed away this week. (the comfort food made me sick since I am not used to it, so there was a minimal affect on the scales)

Get back on track. My grandmother was a nurse and into fitness. She would not approve of me using losing her as an excuse to be lazy.
