I was a half pound from my Round 1 goal early in the month - but then I went on a work trip to NYC and came home 3 lbs heavier. I’ve been fighting hard all week. Really dialed in the diet, upped my workouts considerably, and added in a nightly sauna. Just made my round goal this morning! Now I’m looking at Round 2. Short month and big goal + 2 trips this month mean there is no room for backtracking! Stay strong friends!! Let’s get Round 2. 💪
