Hey there friend! Thanks for the check in. I have not been this sick in a long long time:( I blame the germs at the gym.
Just when I got my momentum up too. Now my weight is being all fickle and I might lose by a smidge of a pound! So crappy.
I'll look at joining that bet you mentioned.

Let me know how those chocolate yogurt muffins go! Sounds delicious.
Okay I am tired. I went to the gym before ballet bootcamp today!
What it is is a dancers workout incorporating ballet moves in a ballet studio setting using the bar. It plays to my childhood desire to be a ballerina (but growing up I always felt too chubby to enroll in ballet classes) and is supposed to give us non dancers a dancers body:)
Where abouts in Texas are you? When I lived there I remember a bunch of studios offering these types of classes. So fun for folks like me that was always so nervous to take a dance class.

So I'm going to tell you what I'm doing on these last few days of the bet. I have a pound to lose and crossing my fingers I don't lose by a mere pound at the end of this thing!
I haven't been feeling well and slacked the past 2 days.
Tomorrow: spinning and then ballet bootcamp
Monday-Weds: spinning/treadmill.

Wow, we are connected in a cool way. I was just reading our posts earlier today and thinking about you. I'm sorry you're not feeling well; take care of yourself first, please! Ballet bootcamp? That sounds really neat. Alas, my daughter got the ballet figure. I am more of the football player build. I just completed the first week of C25K - pretty stoked about that accomplishment. I'll continue with week 2, and stake out another DietBet challenge to push me along this journey.

I've heard great things about that running program. I should look that up.
And ballet bootcamp is super fun but I am definitely not shaped like a ballerina! I'm more of a big rectangle that shuffles about on two stumpy legs.
Let me know which bet you decide on! I think I might join another one. I've been so motivated by this one.
