Thanks! Just do it! I run twice a day. one short one so my sister can run with me, then I run until I can't while she bikes (: Sorry to hear you can't run. Will it get better?

Hey :) naw :( it won't, thx for asking tho. It's a lot of medical &joint issues, so non-impactive exercise for me, the doc says. When I get bummed out, I try to remember to be grateful for the things I can do, &focus on that. I walk / bike / spin, &some weights. That's nice your sis bikes next to you, while you run. Good way to have someone carry water for you, if she's got a bottle cage, or basket, etc. Looks like you are doing well, keep it up. :-)
