Yeah! Glad you asked because I hadn't noticed that it had an actual name until then...and found a better website for it! Haha. How is it going for you? I dropped like 1.5 pounds on Day 1, but I still find it hard to believe I can lose 10 pounds in a week! I'm glad it's veggie day for me, hopefully will feel a little more satisfied after meals!
