Have a nice day! Eat light and feel right! Do your best and make a conscious effort to knowingly eat lighter, not just eat the same way and define it as "not that much". I had oatmeal with dates for breakfast and lunch is carrot sticks, grape Tom, Triscuits and egg salad. Mmmm. .... What's for dinner? I might need sushi from Passionfish this weekend.
