Twanna, So glad to hear from you on your recent post! I was starting to get worried about you! Congrats on joining Weight Watchers.... and on loosing the 11 pounds in one month... that's awesome!! And even harder to do when you want so badly to lose weight and you gain instead! You can do this!! I believe in you... be kind to yourself, accept the mistakes and celebrate the successes!! Beth

You can do this! That's great that you posted a weigh-in. That's hard to do when things aren't going the way you wanted. I completely understand what you mean about being unhappy and wanting to feel better about yourself!! Try to focus on one day at a time... if you keep trying at making today a good day, you'll get better at it... and at the end of the day, even if today wasn't perfect, you can bet it was better than if you weren't trying!!! I'd love to be your friend on this 6 month journey to being healthier and happier! Beth
