Good job! Great change! I am also almost under 25 in BMI. Almost in the normal weight area! :)

Thanks so much! Most of them have gotten quite a bit stronger in the past few months, but my ankles and the joints in my feet and hands still give me a fit.

Let's hope you keep getting stronger! We really don't need to run much, walking does wonders too. It only takes up more time which we seem to never have.
