I did better in resisting temptation the past 3 days. Not so good last weekend when we celebrated a family members birthday over a couple of days.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could have done better at not eating so much over the weekend. And I need to be better at getting more sleep.

Long-term goal weight

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

Menopause & Fibromyalgia both make me very tired, and when I tired, I often reach for comfort food. But 2B has been offering some great alternatives. So, I'm optimistic! The only exercise that I'm currently getting is walking. I am starting Yoga today 04/05/21
