What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?
Menopause & Fibromyalgia both make me very tired, and when I tired, I often reach for comfort food. But 2B has been offering some great alternatives. So, I'm optimistic!
The only exercise that I'm currently getting is walking. I am starting Yoga today 04/05/21
