Hey Anne...middle name is Anne;) I noticed chocolate is your sinful food. Last year I discovered a tasty guilt free treat:) Pick your favorite vanilla protein powder...add 1/2 cup almond milk, 1tsp peanut butter, 1 tbsp cocoa powder, and ice...As long as it's a good tasting protein powder...it tastes like a snickers bar!!! I've done a butterfinger shake by substituting the cocoa powder for a small handful of life cereal. So good. It saved me at Halloween time last year!;) Good luck...cheering you on!;)
