Despite the pressure at work, I did make progress. I successfully deployed my software release to TEST last Friday. If all the tests pass, I will be deploying my software release to LIVE this Friday.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I did not meet my goal to lose 5 lbs., but I did lose weight (1.4 lbs.). It could have been worse (i.e., weight gain). This week has been hectic at work. I need to better shift my priorities from work to me. I need to better focus more on my weight loss. I need to get more sleep.
