I normally don't do "recipes"... This week, however, I made Creamy Caulisotto with Roasted Chicken. YUMMY!

I slacked-off this week... I skipped my exercises.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Continued to lose weight despite celebrating my Goddaughter's Grammar School Graduation at Houlihan's. I had rosemary chicken, with soup and salad. I asked for unsweetened lemon iced tea and added my own sweetener.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I "treated" myself a few times. I might have lost an extra pound or two. But I felt GOOD about it... Not GUILTY... Because I earned those treats for having lost weight.

I did NO WORK this weekend. Got PLENTY of missed sleep. I went to the beach SUNDAY.

Non-scale victory of the week!

This is my third DietBet. I have already won twice and lost over 40 lbs! I rewarded myself this past Fathers' Day weekend by allowing myself to eat and drink to my gastro desires. So?... I gained a few pounds... So what?... I know I am going to lose them and then some. Looking forward to my third victory!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I'm not going to complain about indulging this past Fathers' Day weekend... Nor am I going to feel guilty. I did it... I enjoyed it... Now, it's back to work!

I finally completed my project successfully!... My application passed every single test! It is ready to be deployed to the LIVE environment. The long hours and sleepless nights finally paid off. I can FINALLY get much needed SLEEP!

Non-scale victory of the week!

I am under a lot of pressure this week. It is distracting me from my weight goals. I only lost 1.4 lbs. I had set my goal to 2 lbs. per week minimum. I need to regain control of my life. That will be my "non-scale" victory for next week.

I have been working "crazy hours"... It's affecting my sleep. I NEED SLEEP!

Despite the pressure at work, I did make progress. I successfully deployed my software release to TEST last Friday. If all the tests pass, I will be deploying my software release to LIVE this Friday.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I did not meet my goal to lose 5 lbs., but I did lose weight (1.4 lbs.). It could have been worse (i.e., weight gain). This week has been hectic at work. I need to better shift my priorities from work to me. I need to better focus more on my weight loss. I need to get more sleep.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I lost 5.2 lbs. in a week's time... That's 260% greater than my weekly goal of 2 lbs. The "non-scale" victory lies in the fact that I prepare all my meals... I buy fresh fruits and vegetables... The Recipe Videos (and PDF files) are all easy to make and taste GREAT!

Work is still a stumbling block. I need to better shift my priorities from work to me. I need to better focus more on my weight loss.
