Non-scale victory of the week!
WALKED MORE - did more than the goal I set and it feels good ..adopted the mindset of just keep moving & it not only resulted in more activity but also liftrd my spirit ..just over all feel better which makes me make better choices in what I reach to eat.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
Better SELF talk ... sometimes I see myself in the reflection of a window or as I pass by a mirror & do not say very nice things even though I am doing the best I have in a LONG time with my food choices AND GETTING UP AND GETTING MOVING.
