HEY!!! Hi!! Good to hear from you. Thanks for the cheer. I will admit it made me stumble a bit but I'm going to get back at it. I'm in another 4 week bet & still in my 10 so I've got encouragement. Just have to keep it all in the forefront of my mind more.

Hi ya! I just joined Jillians beginners shred challenge. My Fitness magazine is ending same time this one starts. Also doing a db10 also. Figured that would help keep me focused during the holidays. I have had 7 consecutive weeks loss at my TOPS group. . . Dancing. Only 80 more lbs to go. Wondering if you got that job you wanted? Keep on going, Girl. You are so strong. You got this!

Hi Rachel!!! My 10 is going great. And I'm in Adrienne's DB too. I've already reached my goal for that & the first month of my 10. Just have to maintain it until the end. We're gonna have to get in on a same bet one of these days.

Wow! I was just looking at your list of won dietbets. You go girl! You are really losing good. I am considering doing a 10 too. Just curious how much do they charge for verified weigh in tokens?

Hi Leila!! Thanks for the comment. I have to admit that I have gone up a little once or twice when there's been time between bets, but that's why I joined the 10. This way, I will ALWAYS be in a bet & will keep tracking my food. I'm still doing some 4's tho. I need that short term goal stuff to keep going.

The tokens are $20. I used money I had in my db account to pay for them when I joined. I'm hoping not to have to put any more money in my account along the way so I've got to win some 4's to keep my supply of funds to pay for each month of the 10 I'm in. You don't have to buy them tho. Just if you want to use them to weigh in weekly and be eligible for prizes. The official first weigh in and final weigh out don't cost anything. I got them just to hopefully win something nice. :o)
