I weighed in on Sunday afternoon- after eating breakfast. Probably tipped the scale a bit in my favor. I also ate really well Monday. I probably won't lose that much in one weigh-in again. But, I'm eating healthy, exercising 3x a week... hopefully that'll be enough to keep losing a little each week.
