Www.slimmingworld.com it works really well and can eat loads, my problem is moderating the booze! I always lose about 5-10lb of bloat in the first week when I'm doing it properly, diet bet wants me to lose 6lb. The test comes when I have a few beers at the weekend and I gain 5lb in a day!
