keep running after that toddler, you get extra workout and they get tired so quickly and then its nap time for both :D

So far so good! I think I am giving up carbs and sugar for the rest of the month ??? What about you ?

I've only been eating fruits veggies whole grains, beans and drinking water. I started doing this a week before the diet bet. I think I am going to continue to eat this way for the rest of the month. Oh and Spinning MTW and body works on Thursday (and some Saturdays) ????????????????
