Hey Rob :-) stopping by to give you some words of encouragement after reading your post about your family's dinner choices. I hear ya! Mine's the opposite. No one wants to eat my "healthy stuff", so I end up cooking twice, ugh. Can you try to go along to the store &load up on your own healthy options of fresh veggies/fruit? A lot of times, frozen veggies are a great option (canned has a lot of sodium &chemicals from the can, unless it says BPA free) &still reasonably priced for the food budget. Steaming the veggies stovetop is easy/quick cooking, anyone can do. Maybe at least this way you could swap out part of the unhealthy high calorie meal w/something better for you. Proud of you for going against the odds (w/your household), stay the course!

thanks for the advice :) ive replaced there unhealthy breckfasts and lunches but my budget wont allow me to substitute dinner aswell
