It's going ok. I blew the eating yesterday, but hopefully all day walking cancelled the calories out. Next week I'm going to be taking the van to the YMCA. Jacob is leaving with his Dad in the morning.

How is week 1 going along? Way to go on the exercise this week just remember not to burn yourself out that you'll want to give up. We are here for you. Great job so far!!!!!
