I saw that you are following a gluten free diet. Is this for medical reasons? Is it hard to follow?

And yes I am gf for medical reasons and boy do I feel better! At first I lost a bunch of weight, but I kinda plateaued after I found out which gf desserts are fantastic haha. It's actually not as hard as I thought it was going to be. I started at the beginning of January and feel a million times better. Never going back to the wheat life!

well I'm glad to hear your feeling better. I have a couple friends who are GF and there stories are pretty impressive. I have no medical reason to not eat wheat (other then it makes me fat) but I feel so much better not eating it. people are always shocked I cut it out but I feel so much better not eating it I don't miss it (usually).
