Whole30 is a very intense 30 day diet cleanse. It helps to break old habits and addictions to food. It is a kind of "reset" for your body. I am on day 22 and I cannot believe the changes I am seeing not only in my weight but how I feel! I have tons more energy, I crave sweets less and less every day, I no longer eat food or look to it for comfort if I have had a bad day, and odd as it sounds my mood has improved dramatically. I just feel happier and seem to be in a good mood most of the time! I won't lie it is hard but it is soooo worth it!
