To help keep me motivated I got a giant bristol board and printed out images of motivational weightloss quote/motivational in general sayings as well as cut out things from magazines and stuck them on the board that hangs by my bed ( it also has a "before" picture of me) and I have two strings across my wall with clothes pins representing the weight to lose & the second string is for pounds lost and when I lose weight i move pins from the to lose string to the lost.
