Non-scale victory of the week!

Completed a Century ride (100mi) while supporting my friend on his Metric Century (100km)

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Recovery from ride could have gone smoother., preempting some of the hunger from such large exertions.

83mi ride and fantastic decent

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Binged a little the day after the ride, plan on eating more filling foods to stay off craving.
