You can DO it!! Find and go on lots of pretty hikes near Banff and then eat lots of salads. :) Carrots are good snacks. ...oh, and always have lots of water with you!
You made your goal! Now, I guess you have to hold steady or lose more on your vacation... Too bad you can't do your final weigh-in now (I assume you can't... I don't see how to). Next time I go to the Farnham's I am definitely having a brownie!
You're rockin' it! Just a little tiny bit left and you'll be pulling in that mullah (hopefully not mine!). I just discovered that I lost 4 pounds during the project trio workshop! I didn't exercise any more than what we did at camp. I think I did eat less though, because they kept us busy and I was too tired to eat much in the evening.
