All right Ms. Lesley the game has started!!! Breakfast for me is some fresh berries, lunch is going to be a tuna salad, and for dinner sauteed shrimp in coconut oil and fresh lemon. What is your menu looking like? :) We can do this!!!

Well iam having medifast pudding for breakfast a shake for lunch then weight watchers chicken casserole for dinner and fruit and cheese for snacks at work hoping on a treadmill workout and weights this evening! Woohoo let's do this!!!
