My biggest help has been giving up my nightly shots of vodka. Haha. I also walk my dog at least 5 miles a night. I've gotten to where it takes me a little over an hour which is a huge accomplishment for me. And absolutely no food after 6:00. We are all doing great!! I am so happy I found this challenge. Thank you for the encouragement. You are doing awesome also. ????
