Thanks Patricia!! My 4% was only 5 lbs. I was planning on losing about a pound a week but it so happened I lost more the first week. I followed Natalie's 7 day plan and now I am doing her 4 wk plan. Only the diet portion, I am injured so I cannot exercise.
