I really like the XB Pilates Super Block. I’ve done it a couple times and will often go back to certain workouts because I like how it strengthens my core.

Need some tips for losing 8 pounds by the 18th I’m not a great eater trying my best to switch to better eating habits. First switch I made today was to a protein coffee instead of a cookie butter cold brew I usually get from dunkins
Keep your fibre as high as possible in the morning, and your cravings will be zapped. If you start each day with something like 2 tbsp of psyllium husk powder in water, mixed with a scoop of cookie dough protein powder… I guarantee you won’t touch any other food until lunch time!
It also works out way cheaper to make up a psyllium husk powder+cookie protein powder drink at home… I personally like to blend it with ice cubes, then it’s like a frappé
I have gained almost two pounds since jointing bc of stress and lack of sleep and not enough water. Today, I am making a commitment to my water goal and veggies most at lunch and dinner! I’m gonna drop this weight and keep moving down!

You need to submit an initial weigh-in using the word that shows up when you click through on the “submit” button at the top of the page. You’ll also do the same process at the end of the game for your final weigh-in. Other than that, you just need to lose 4% of your initial weight to win the game. DB will calculate that for you once your initial is approved. The amount of interaction you do in the app/site is entirely up to you and does not affect your chances of winning. The way you lose the weight is also up to you.
