I gained over 10 pounds since March....due solely to a change in medicine and STRESS. I gotta get it back off...most of my clothes don't fit and I tossed all my "next size up" garments when I lost about 20 pounds a few winters ago.

...or at least drinking wine with me. still talking and laughing, but in this scenario, laughing to the extreme and all of life would be happy -(as long as I was wearing yoga pants instead of REAL clothes). exercise completely forgotten. you would have no chance..... :)

oh, I'm in Cincinnati. swing on by! I could use someone to motivate me. But, I must warn you, I am naturally happy and a bit contagious. I bet I'd have you talking, laughing and eating ice-cream in....about 20 minutes. :)

hahahahahaa.....
oh. funny but I actually lost MORE weight keeping my steady influx of red wine and ice cream (and even one meal of pizza) than I did for an ENTIRE 2 weeks of sensible, low-sugar, low-calorie eating. but, I must admit. NO coconut cream pie. But, I did choose the ice cream that wasn't my FAVORITE, so that slowed my consumption down at least to half.

hahaha. yes, I know. I DID expect my finance, who has been gone for quite a long time, to be back in the country by September when I joined this Diet bet. that's really what I was counting on. ;) alas, he was (and still is) delayed, and my stress extended.

I made great progress early in the week. but then. mid-week hit. my clients almost noticed that I had not been getting any work done. So, I had to chain myself to my desk for the next 3 days in make-up-for-lost-time mode. no progress since then. :(

do you think you could bring the spin bike to me? then stand there and MAKE me do it.....for about 6 hours? I think that's what I need.
