I have been focusing on calorie intake as well as jogging and strength training. I won the last diet bet and so far i have lost 10 pounds. I sort of feel like i should have lost more by now, but i am trying hard to keep focused. I want to eventually complete a half marathon, but that will be a while. The most ive been able to do is 5-6 miles.
