I didn't, but I feel really good today! I realized just before I weighed in this afternoon that my pants were a little bit looser. That is a real victory and I'll take it! Also, I will keep in mind that starving myself thing - I haven't kept my calories up according to my fitness pal. I need to keep it healthy and eat a bit more. I may not have made it today, but I WILL make the next one! Going to try to remain consistent this time around!
