Wow! 37 pounds is an awesome accomplishment! I am my biggest obstacle as well. I get so frustrated with myself because I know exactly what I need to do to lose weight. It should be easy, right? Eat healthy, don't overeat, and exercise. But it's not always easy. I am excited to start this challenge and I know that I can do it this time!!! I feel like this bet is going to be just the motivational push that I need.
