Hey Jennifer...saw your post about emotional eating. I too have struggled in that department. It always scared me that I couldn't trust myself not to "blow it" big time once stress, anxiety, or guilt hit. I am surprising myself over the last month not using food as a crutch. I was ready for change...and boy did I. I am down 22 pounds in just over a month...about 60 pounds to go. I am emotionally well, which is the most important thing...Our bodies will follow once we heal our mind.
