Non-scale victory of the week!

Incorporated veggies into each meal. Ate those first.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I did really good last week with water intake. Ive been slipping again. I want to focus on water this week.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I did really well subbing/adding in veggies to each meal. I love veggies and eat them a lot but I have not been eating them in place of pasta ect for awhile.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I should have watched my sweets intake more. I made treats and went overboard a bit.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I started getting back to my old habit of drinking the right amount of water. I drink a glass first thing when I wake up and then refill my tervis all day. Follow the 10 gulp rule too. For those that don't know what that is, it's actually kind of challenging at first but helps you get your water intake wlquicker. Everytime you take a drink of water, you habe to take 10 gulps. Try it.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I wish that I would have resisted sugar more. Next week will be better. I did find ways to cut back when I did eat something.
